VBS 2013 is June 23-27, 2013. Help us decorate by taking Flat Greg and Flat Patti with you wherever you go. Children's Summer Camps at CUMC, 2013!  Register here

The mission for our summer camps is that they be: affordable, safe, fun, glorify God and have a Bible lesson or devotion every day.
All ages/grades listed are for school year 2012-2013
Camps are $70 per child per camp. Fee includes supplies and a snack.

July 8 - 12
Rocket Camp, 9 am - noon, Grades 2-5
Campers will learn about propulsion, the atmosphere and build group and individual rockets. If you attended rocket camp last year, we may add an additional hour for advanced rockets.

Cooking Camp, 9 am - noon, Age 4 - Grade 1
Chefs will learn basic measuring and cooking skills. Each day they will learn a Bible lesson as they cook.

July 15 - 19
Science Camp, 1 - 4 pm. Grades 1-4
Scientists will conduct experiments each day and learn about the elements in them as they hear a story from the Bible.

Music Camp, 1 - 4 pm, Kindergarten - Grade 3
In this camp children will sing, play instruments and learn the elements of music. They will do so by marching, dancing and playing as they learn Bible stories.

July 29 - August 3
Art Camp, 9 am - noon, 3 years to Kindergarten; 1 - 4 pm, Grades 1-4
Your artist will create with a variety of mediums, clay, paint and sculpture. Each lesson will focus on a Bible story with a creative way to tell the story through art.

Cotillion/Manners Camp, 9 am - noon, Kindergarten - Grade 3
Your child will learn the importance of manners in a variety of situations. Dining, introductions, phone and internet manners will all be taught.
