BAPTISM

Baptism is about belonging. When we are baptized, we become members of the church family, the body of Christ. Baptism marks our initiation into the Christian faith community. We practice both infant and adult baptism.

The sacrament of Baptism is celebrated the at the service your family regularly attends. It can be for infants, children, youth and adults. Baptism, by its very nature as a sacrament of the entire church, is conducted during the public worship of the congregation. United Methodists do not practice re-baptism. Pre-baptism counseling is offered by our pastors.
